Rehearsal Space Hire

Alford House has provided rehearsal facilities to a wide range of theatre companies for over 40 years.

We know that each company has different needs and we try hard to meet them. We don’t pretend we can meet these needs when we can’t. We want happy customers and would rather point you in another direction if we feel we are unsuitable.

Price Information

Prices are based on a Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm working day and are subject to VAT

Prices for spaces range from £610 to £990 per week.
Production Offices from £170.00 per week.
Saturdays and overtime in each space are charged at £30.00 per hour.

NOTE: General Restrictions

Unless exclusive use has been agreed the floor space must be cleared at the end of each day, except Thursdays & Saturdays. (This does not include offices or wardrobe space hired).

Urns & kettles can NOT be accommodated in any rehearsal or office area.

Additonal Spaces

Office/Wardrobe – A flexible space for either office, or wardrobe (or both) or even additional breakout space. Measuring approximately 5m x 5m each, it can be hired with any reahersal space.

Located on the ground floor.

Other Facilities

We are pleased to offer the following additional facilities:

Kitchen – Dedicated kitchen facilities on the ground floor. Kitchen facilities include a filtered Quooker Tap, sink, water fountain, two fridges, two microwaves and two Nespresso machines, one Vertuo and one original. We do not provide tea, coffee, milk, cups or cutlery.e

The Snug – Just off the kitchen is the Snug. A space prioritised for private online meetings or interviews. .

Wireless IT – Free internet access.

Photocopying – No petty cash needed. Charges will be added to your final invoice. Our copier can be picked up on our network.

About Us

Alford House is open to all young people aged 8-21 and offers a variety of sports, games, creative and recreational activities in a safe and secure environment that is managed by our dedicated team of staff and volunteers.
